History

1960
Mr. Tjipto Pusposuharto started PT Pradja Pharmaceutical Laboratories (later became PT Prafa) from a 350m2 with 20 employees.

1974
Mr. Tjipto Pusposuharto co founder PT Meiji Indonesia, a joint venture with Meiji Seika Kaisha Japan, one of the biggest producer of Penicillin group in the world.

1979
PT Pradja Farma Hoslab was established as a separate entity to become distributor of PT Prafa and PT Meiji Indonesia.
1989
PT Puspa Eka Pradiantara was established as a group holding company.
1990
A once small import division, PT Dipa Pharmalab Intersains was established as a separate entity to become exclusive distributor and marketer for imported pharmaceuticals.
1996
PT Prafa and PT Pradja Farma Hoslab were divested to Darya Varia Plc. At the time, Prafa was one of the five largest pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia.
1997
A distribution company is acquired and converted into PT Bumi Puspa Ceremai to become distribution company for pharmaceutical and consumer.
1998
PT Pharmasi Binangkit was acquired as manufacturing facilities to produce pharmaceutical products.
2001
PT Jamu Puspo was established as manufacturing and marketing company for herbal-based medicine and consumer products.
2005
PT Jamu Puspo launched its debut export product, Noni Tea, in United Emirates and Middle East countries with coordination of Assirat Trading Establishment.
